SBManager is a great tool for easily doing various SpringBoard functions like Reload Applications, Respring, Restart SpringBoard, executing commands, and notify_post.
SBManager also has a section to view information returned from the UIDevice class, DeviceSwitch to transform your device (to the furthest extent) to any other device that is compatible, and managing your Web Apps and changing their settings.
This application was made carefully and should support any firmware or device. A sized-up version will be made for iPad when it is jailbroken.
